Home Again, Home Again, Jiggety Jig.
Good morning all. I have just woke up after 7 hours of wonderful sleep. I didn't realize my lack thereof while in Cincinnati - whew, I feel great this morning. I got in from the airport about 8 last night. Flights were good, although it was pretty bumpy from Cincinnati, OH to St. Louis, MO. None the less, I made in one piece (maybe with a just a few extra gray hairs...haha). Nick and I had a wonderful time in Cincinnati. I met some of his friends and that was neat. He's dating some guy named Justin and that was fun to hang out with him to. I got to see the PIPELINE or as Nick and I coined it, The Peep-lina. This is th ebar where Nick works. It was really neat - 4 levels in total - a huge dance floor and a little video bar. It reminded me so much of a smaller Rich's Nightclub (Houston). He agreed in my comparison. I got to tour the "Nasty Natti" as everyone coined it. Such a small city, but truly beautifl in landscape. I didn't realize how ghetto Cincinnati could be in some parts - we drove all around the city. I suppose I have sufficed my travel bug for a little while, at least until I can do something maybe in between Fall and Spring. Eiter take a short trip then or save for a longer more exotic trip for Summer. :-) I am glad to be home again though, kind of settle back in before school begins on Monday (another semester! yippee!) No big plans this weekend - parents are off to another one of their pool parties this afternoon so I suppose I will have the house to myself, which will be nice since I have been surrounded by tons of folks for days. Sometimes people just get on nerves to no end - especially those business professionals in the airports who stand their in line waiting to board th eplane talking on their cellphones about bs, not paying attention to how irritating it is to everyone around them. Oh, it just makes my head swarm!!! Ughhh!! Oh, I am blabbling. More later -love, Shell.
